Set in a crumbling psychiatric hospital in 1923. During the brief period of power transition, traitors, spies, police officers, military police and correspondents all came one after another. They all seemed normal at first, but the subsequent events were extremely crazy. A former apprentice doctor must protect the institution from various corrupt forces. As chaos ensues, he navigates the madness with the help of the hospital's inhabitants, where the line between sanity and insanity becomes increasingly unclear.
