Synopsis
Xu Rulin, a calm and rational prosecutor, who is reunited with his former disciple Luo Xun in a trial. Luo Xun, who is already a criminal defence lawyer, gives tit-for-tat to her tutor, and the two of them become rivals who know each other well. When Xu Rulin faces Luo Xun's challenge, he accepts it with open arms, and the old case that led to Luo Xun's departure three years ago is brought back to their minds.
